Keith handled the sale like a pro. He kept his composure and didn't get distracted by other agents issues and feedback, instead he was confident in his research into the product and his price. He knew when to be delicate with the customer and when to take the emotion out of it with the other agents. It was a busy few weeks and Keith stayed on top of coordinating the listing appointments and communicated them with everyone. I'd highly recommend Keith Faria to anyone considering making a move in real estate. And no, I'm not a relative, just a seller that took a recommendation from a friend with a similar experience and review of working with Keith.
