Katie was absolutely a pleasure to work with. We had interviewed a bunch of other agents, and Katie's personality, experience and professionalism made choosing her a no brianer. She was available within moments and all our concerns and questions were answered with care and thoughtfulness. Working with Katie was truly a five star experience. She is tremendously patient receptive and open-minded, she listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and spoke honestly from experience. I felt more than anything else she was focused on my goals, and put my needs far above any personal desire she may have had to make a sale or earn commission. She asked questions carefully and I could see that she was truly listening to my answers and weighing them against her knowledge and experience. Not once did she make me feel pressured,; in fact my entire experience with Katie was casual and progressive. I was endlessly impressed with her market knowledge and her understanding of the neighborhoods we searched. Katie was professional, very easy to work with: she was knowledgeable, and very receptive to my thoughts and ideas.
