Kathi has sold many properties that Ive owned. I’ve felt very comfortable in referring her to my friends and family. Kathi has been in the real estate business for decades. She brings professionalism, detail and sound knowledge i tge real estate market. Her friendly demeanour and kindness always comfort me through stressful negotiations and dealing with the entire home buying process. I would recommend Kathi to get the home leased or sold anytime.

She is very nice, patient and helpful! At the first meeting she evaluated the situation and marketing sales of the 3-storey-town house located in Mississauga and suggested the selling price to compete with the other 3 town houses in the same area have been selling. She and Gia Nguyen (her partner) helped us for beautiful home staging and put it on MLS. Our house was completely sold after 3 weeks included all meeting and paperwork. We are so happy with this awesome work!!!

We were very happy with the services Kathi provided. She helped us in so many ways, from preparing the interior and exterior of the house, junk old appliance and yard waste removal to the staging of the house.
