Katharine made it truly enjoyable to buy a home. She handled the logistics of viewings, she connected us with extremely competent legal and inspection professionals, and she provided her honest assessment of the market value of the properties we saw. We knew what we wanted in a home, but we only barely knew about the law, finances, and structural materials of real estate. She handled the hard parts so that we could be free to imagine ourselves in the places we saw. She quickly coordinated 11 viewings tailored to our wants, which allowed us to compare different spaces while our memory of each was fresh. She debriefed with us frequently, and asked prompting questions that helped us reflect throughout the process. In the end, we bought the home of our dreams (under the listed price!) and cannot recommend Katharine enough!

Katharine was absolutely AMAZING! Incredibly knowledgeable, straight forward, insightful, broke everything down in an easy to comprehend manner. Katharine was Amazing! In this topsey turvey market - Public Open House May 10, Accepted offer May 12th. From the get go she listened to what we wanted, suggested what she thought was going to sell the condo and put her already successful Movie Art Director skills to work. She did all the scheduling, helped with the staging and kept us up to date on each milepost and the tasks involved. She gave us market evaluations, all the eventual sales costs, offered up a roster of all the professionals that a home sale needs.
