Karrie Anne helped me sell my home in Springbrook during a very uncertain time with a pandemic and a very volatile economy. She kept me positive and grounded and really went to bat for negotiating the sale of my home and the purchase of the new home. She lined up so many places she thought I would love and spent so much time with me sorting out what exactly it was that I wanted and needed. I truly enjoyed the evenings we spent together house hunting. It truly felt like I was hanging out with a dear friend. She shoots straight and pulls no punches. She honest and reliable. She works so hard for her commission, but really more for her clients. She knew how hard I worked at leaving my home clean for the buyers and when my new home was left with a dirty oven, she went and cleaned it before I took possession.
