Karen helped us move up and buy rural by listening to our needs, providing helpful information and expertise for the South Okanagan region, and excellent communication throughout the whole process as we transitioned from apartment living in Vancouver to a detached home in the South Okanagan.

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Karen came highly recommended by several of her past clients I personally know, and now I understand why. From the very beginning, I felt completely supported and well taken care of. Karen communicated clearly and consistently, keeping me updated on the market and taking the time to explain every detail while answering all my questions. She was fair and professional in her dealings with buyers’ agents, and when it came to setting the listing price or considering offers, she truly listened to my input without ever pressuring me in one direction. Thanks to her expertise, we secured a buyer close to asking price with terms that aligned perfectly with my relocation plans.

Karen was the best real estate agent we have ever encountered, from the initial viewing to moving day, she went above and beyond. Her knowledge of house details was incredible. She researched every aspect of the deal and provided us with a wealth of information, suggested inspection services, researched covenants, reminded us of key dates as we went through the final process, and even brough pizza and beer for the moving crew. She is lovely and amazing at what she does! We highly recommend Karen!

Karen was extremely responsive and level headed, which helped during an otherwise stressful situation. She is absolutely the person that you want representing you through the selling process. The videos and pictures of our property were phenomenal, with excellent attention to getting the small details just right. We will and are recommending Karen to friends and family.
