The promotion of our property exceeded our expectations. Staging was fabulous and the media, photos, listing and brochures were very high quality and showed our property in the best light, generating more interest and showings than we had anticipated. Karen is very personable and developed good relationships with other realtors, following up after showings to get timely feedback from potential buyers. Overall Karen is a pleasure to deal with and truly exceptional at what she does.
