First time buying a property in Edmonton & having Karen as our agent, she was professional and patient throughout our lengthy property-searching process as our mortgage conditions changed a couple times. For properties that we were interested in, she provided recent transactions, details as well as possible upcoming major maintenance plans in the neghbourhood, which could result in extra hidden cost of tens of thousands of dollars. Her communication & negotiation skills are very good & she always put our interests first during the closing process. She was also very responsive to our questions, including those about defects, repairs and conveyance, etc. She also has a good network of house inspector, lawyers and tradespersons that her referral provided excellent services related to our house.

I was in the market for my first home and Karen was the perfect agent to help me: she was so warm and helpful to calm all those first time jitters while having the knowledge to help me navigate the chaos of the market. She was always prompt and attentive to her messages and I never felt I was a bother to her with my many questions. Karen supported me through the entire process and it was as painless as possible. I would definitely want Karen as my agent again, but I love my new home again, it might be a little while before I need her services again!

She is such a lovely person in addition to her dedication to put her clients needs first. She works tirelessly and feeds you a positive thoughts on keeping looking for next adventure. Lovely working with her and we were able to purchase the house we were looking. There is no one better than her.
