Karan was excellent from the first moment we met. He was professional, friendly and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were. We couldn’t decide on an agent for a long time, but something told us karan would be the best person to handle the rent of our house. We can’t recommend him enough!

Karan is an extremely responsible person. 1. He's very patient and happy to help with every single tour request we had for multiple units, even though the first few ones didn't work out. We're only available for unit touring after business hour, but he was very happy to accommodate the time. 2. He's very responsive and very promptly replies every email/text messages, even very late at nights. 3. He manages communication with landlord very well, helping us negotiate the lease terms. 4. He's very knowledgeable and honest with the advantages and disadvantages for every unit we were considering, just for us to have a great living experience. 5. He was very responsive for our requests/questions even after the transaction was finished and lease was signed. We would strongly recommend Karan if you want to rent a place!

Karan was truly outstanding. I firstly contacted him for a showing which I couldn't attend to in person, and he thoughfully agreed on a time and date with a friend of mine and guided him through the building. Then he also gave me tips regarding other buildings in the area. Once I made up my mind, he prepared the application process and helped me not only to secure a deal, but also all of the other requirements I needed to complete in order to get my apartment. As an international student, his help enlightened many questions I had and made "moving abroad" a lot easier.
