In all my years of buying and selling rental properties and homes, Kalan has set the bar for how amazing the experience of a sale or purchase can be. With the two sales Kalan has done for us, our properties combined were on the market maybe a week. He goes above and beyond due diligence in the buying process and has a wealth of knowledge in what to look for to cover your bases, to ensure there are no surprises. In today’s world this level of service is truly leaps and bounds above the competition. I’d say I’d use him again but he helped us close on our forever home acreage.
