For years I have been looking at homes with another realtor and it always felt like a chore. When I switched to working with Justin he made everything so easy, from setting up a last minute appointment to helping me navigate my first home purchase. Justin was extremely informative and helpful throughout the whole process. I love my new home and would absolutely recommend that everyone work with Justin if they are looking for a new home.

We have both bought and sold properties, twice, with Justin as our realtor. He was so easy to talk to and always had time for us. His honesty was much appreciated. Justin went above and beyond when we found ourselves in an unusual situation during the sale of the most recent property. One of the basement walls was found to have a large crack in it, this was found during a showing. He immediately began helping us contact contractors, an engineer and a lawyer to ensure the repair was done professionally and in an appropriate time. The last sale was during covid which made showing our home trying as I have health issues and would certainly struggle should I have contracted covid. Justin made sure that both the realtor showing the property and their clients followed our conditions for the showings which included using the PPE we provided. I couldn't recommend Justin enough, he is an amazing, kind, professional and understanding person who I know would work as hard for others as he did for us. Should we ever need a realtor in the future I wouldn't hesitate to contact him. People would be lucky to be able to have him as their realtor. He was amazing and we appreciate all he did for us!!!

Justin is such a genuine and personable realtor. He is reliable and knowledgeable of the market and I trust his experience. He has always been responsive to my texts and calls and works to resolve any issues quickly when i had questions or concerns. I have used Justin Edgington for the sale of two homes and the purchase of a home and will continue to use him for future real estate transactions. He has good connections to condo specialists, mortgage specialist, etc. He makes every transaction seamless and effortless. Justin is down to earth and has a great sense of humour.
