I can highly recommend Julia to buy you property or to sell yours. Julia is on top of things and her knowledge beginning by Mortgage Financing over House Inspection reports to legal aspects and property assessments is over the top. She knows not only the local market but also real estate trends were they are made in Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal for the Canadian Market. Her prediction of the Interest rate coming from Bank of Canada was always spot on. She answered our questions within a 1/2 hour no matter what time of the day or night it was ! Her work ethic and her people skills are rounding her profile as a real estate agent up. As a person she cares also about our private situation and what is important in our stage of life.
