I had the pleasure of working with JP Letnick over the past year and it was the best move I made as I live outside the Kelowna area. I bought an investment property a few years ago in downtown Kelowna and was looking to sell it so we can transition to a larger property. Rather than looking for a quick sale, JP advised me to hold on another year so I wouldn't take a loss on the property. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had as we live far from Kelowna. After 1 year in a holding pattern, JP got the ball rolling this year and was able to sell our place in very short order and for more than what we expected. It was his professionalism that really made us appreciate this process. We will be using JP for all of our Okanagan property pursuits. Thank you for all you did JP!!

JP & Joanna were referred to us by a mutual contact in Kelowna. We met in person while we visited Kelowna and we were immediately impressed. Their strong professionalism and high ethical standards, as well as extensive experience working with remote buyers allowed us to rely on them to represent us through the process of shopping and ultimately transacting luxury real estate from 2,000 miles away. We would highly recommend JP & Joanna for a wide range of Kelowna real estate transactions. They are extremely knowledgeable about the market and have a strong sense for what makes the right property for the right buyer. They're also extremely tech savvy and responsive and followed through on everything they committed to do and more. Hopefully we won't need to buy any more real estate any time soon, but if we did, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
