Jonathan was very knowledgeable, understood our area and the driving factors for pricing, and helped us to properly prepare and present our home, all of which helped to sell our home in a very short amount of time. He was also great to support us with handling offers and considerations for the negotiation. Michele worked tirelessly to help us with the search for our new home, fitting in showings and providing us with options for consideration that we may not have thought of, all of which lead us to find the right home at a great price in a surprisingly short amount of time. The entire team was very friendly, professional, and responded quickly at all hours of the day, even on weekends. Definitely top notch in every aspect!
