John and his team provided expert guidance on many aspects of our house sale including: pricing, decluttering the house, septic system maintenance, inspections, posting and marketing. Several of these items are things we ourselves would never have considered. It was obvious the team had significant experience in the industry in general and in our area (Okanagan) specifically.
