I wanted to take a few minutes to express our sincere thanks to John Gaio for assisting us with a recent relocation. John certainly proved himself to be very knowledgeable and competent not only in real estate but also in the real estate process and expectations when dealing with a relocation company. He took the time to keep us fully updated every step of the way, anticipated and resolved minor concerns thereby allowing the program to run smooth and hiccup free. A sale was negotiated in just over a month and we now await the sale closing date. We are certain that we have selected the right Realtor to assist us in relocating a family. Thank you John!
