Back when we were looking for an acreage, it basically was impossible for us to find what we wanted, nothing was available on the market, then I ran into John, he offered his help, and even directed us to the right person to talk to get financial help as well. Everything worked out well. We got exactly what we wanted, very experienced and great guy to work with.

John is the best. He goes above and beyond to help wherever he can. I highly recommend him to help sell and purchase a home!

We discussed the realty rates and agreed on a rate, which we both thought was reasonable. Then when I signed the papers at closing, the rates appeared differently than when I expected. I called John. He talked to his manager, and the numbers were changed on the documents to reflect what our agreement was. He lived up to his word. In some instances with your questions, there should be a “not applicable” response available, or maybe a “did not require it “ response available.

I had contacted a couple other agents in Ft St John regarding selling my house, and they did not keep in touch, were difficult to reach, and wanted to sell my house for quite a bit less than I thought it was worth etc. I contacted John and the whole picture changed. We started working with him and within 2 months the house was sold and I was paid out. No fuss, no muss. He worked very hard and was excellent about returning phone calls and getting questions answered. He was realistic about what I could get (which was more than the other agent had mentioned) and we got that price. He was very informative and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, or work with him again.

John guided us seemingly through our selling process, answering our barrage of questions, and sold our home after only 2 showings! Highly recommend.
