Joe did such an amazing job to sell my one bed in yaletown and I couldn't say enough good things about his service. I didn't need to worry about one single thing since the day I gave him the keys to my apartment. He helped to completely reno my place with new flooring, painting and everything he thought it should be done. I have to say he has excellent taste when comes to reno and he knows what could help with the sale. He managed to reno my place under budget and completed before timeline as we planned. The place sold at the best price per square in the building within a week, even though my place was not even in the best floor of the building. He is such a perfectionist and very detail oriented with his listing. He was cleaning himself on the open house and he ensured the light on the hallway was fixed before the listing :). He is also an excellent executor. Anything I mentioned to him, he always addressed them so quickly. It was such a great experience to have Joe as my listing agent. Thank you!
