We have used Jocelyne twice now to help with our rental property portfolio. The first time, she got us our property in a multiple offer situation while still having subjects for financing and a site inspection so we could have peace of mind when purchasing. And during final walkthrough, she discovered a new issue that resulted in a hold back to our benefit. We are out of province clients, so without her professionalism and knowledge, we would have had been out of pocket. We could trust she had our best interest in mind.
