Jocelyne was wonderful to work with. We live in Ontario and were buying our house from a distance (due to COVID restrictions). She helped us with sourcing potential homes, set us up with a portal to use, and arranged for virtual video viewings of potential homes. After about 2 weeks of searching, we found the perfect place and Jocelyne was very instrumental in getting us a quick viewing and helping us make a successful offer. Since signing our paperwork we have continued to be supported by Jocelyne and her assistant Nathalie. They have provided us with lots of information about what we need to know and I feel confident we will have a successful move to our forever home.
