My partner and I had a wonderful experience working with Joana as our Realtor. She sold our condo in Toronto and helped us find our new home in Milton. Selling a condo in this market was not easy but Joana was there every step of the way with positive recommendations on price drops and remained focused on taking steps to get potential buyers in for showings. Our condo was only on the market a few months before it sold and we are so grateful with what Joana and the Remax team achieved in a buyers market. We initially were dead set on remaining in Toronto but the price per square footage is so much higher so we decided to look outside the city. Our goal was landing in a townhouse in Oakville but when we brought up Milton to Joana she was very Knowledgeable with the area and we ended up purchasing the first Milton property we looked at. We appreciated that Joana was patient and didn’t push us but rather encouraged us to see our short listed properties multiple times. We finally landed on a freehold townhome in Milton and we could not be happier! I’m so glad Joana was there to speak so positively about Milton because it helped us venture out here and we found the home that’s right for us.
