I was really fortunate that Jillian helped me buy a mobile home on the Sunshine Coast. Moving to the Sunshine Coast from Germany, I relied on her a lot for help and orientation: how the process works, what to pay attention to with the homes, who to hire for inspection and for other tasks, how to take the next step in negotiating, etc. She always had compelling answers for me, well explained and with my best interests at heart. She even knew about some mobile homes for sale that were not publically advertised. I had preferences and restrictions that may be untypical in Canada and she readily accommodated them into the search. The search was also very pleasant, like a welcome to the Sunshine Coast.

We were so fortunate to have been referred to Jillian Dueck by our very trusted mortgage broker Ed Pednaud. We wasted no time enlisting Jillian to help sell our home. From the moment we spoke on the phone, she portrayed such professionalism, but was very genuine and kind. Which was received very well, as this was our first time selling our house and we needed it to be with someone who had empathy and compassion. Jillian was quick to set up a time and came to view our house and discuss the details. She went over everything! From how we can prepare our house to show better, to what we can expect in the weeks and months to come. Jillian provided lots of data from sales in our area to give us a realistic view on time frames and listing prices. She answered every question we asked her with confidence and knowledge, which made us feel at ease. We knew we were in the right hands. The weeks and months to follow were very busy. The amount of time and energy Jillian put in to marketing our house was outstanding! She had professional pictures taken and a video put together with drone captures. She also made these fantastic brochures all about our house, to leave out for prospective buyers to take at the showings. Jillian kept us informed on how the showings were going and worked really hard to have them work into our schedules. She was always touching base and checking in on us, seeing how we were dealing with everything and if we needed help. Her knowledge was critical for us to be able to get everything together so we’d have all the answers ready for prospective buyers agents. When we began to receive some offers, Jillian was readily available and assisted with every single step. She made sure we were comfortable with everything before continuing on. Her calmness and ability to resolve every issue or complaint that came up was very much appreciated. Her professionalism never wavered, and neither did her kindness or compassion. While working with Jillian, she walked right beside us the entire time. She even held our hands if we needed her too. I honestly could’ve have imagined anyone else being our realtor, this was a perfect fit and the best team anyone could’ve asked for. Jillian became so much more then our realtor by the time our sale was completed, she’s now a cherished friend. Thank you Jillian
