<p>I’ve had Jessie Banwait working for me for 4 transactions now and I know minding need to look anywhere else. Whether buying or selling I know he’s at bat to extract the absolute best value he possibly can. In a time when most people want to get paid just to get a signature and have the deal done, Jessie is absolutely committed to getting his customer the best deal possible. In this case he advised being very patient with making offers as this market was weakening in our favour and like luring a fish to shore he brought the seller around to his realization then worked as hard as he could to get us a discount for all deficiencies found during inspection.</p>

<p>Jessie Banwait was wonderful to work with and was very knowledgeable and even though my area was considered a flood zone he was able to sell my home in record time and handle the negotiations assertively.</p> <p>I got what I wanted from the sale and was happy that the sale was smooth and easy even though I had concerns over the area's reputation and neighboring homes didn't sell. I believe this had to do with his marketing plan, his negotiation skills and network contacts that made it happen.</p> <p>He was honest, forthright and didn't sugar coat the truth. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.</p>

<p>Jessie was outstanding. The process for us to but and sell took over a year. In that year my wife and I went through several different plans. From upsizing to income property to downsizing. We definitely gave reason for any agent to walk away but Jessie walked us through every scenario we played with. We ended up selling our home and relocating to a new home that we are so happy with. Jessie was a brilliant strategist and got a record setting sale in our neighbourhood. Professional, patient, and pragmatic we are so happy with Jessie and Kinder. When it came down to what mattered (negotiation and offers) Jessie came through for us. It is one of the most stressful things you can go through is moving.
