This was our first experience of real estate purchase in Canada, and we were rather worried about how it would go. Jessica was recommended by my friend. We didn't expect to find a condo so fast, but with regular updates from her, we found our perfect home in a month or so. After we found the apartment, she helped with every step of the purchase and made it less stressful. Moreover, she is always available to help us find an electrician, plumber, or whoever we need for apartment improvements.

Jessica was always on time and prepared for the listings we reviewed. Jessica was knowledgeable, relaxed and confident during my transaction journey. During the process, Jessica pointed out many factors to consider at each property and was very efficient to provide any further information I required as I narrowed down my decision to purchase. The negotiations and home inspection moved forward in an organized manner, she passed on her thoughts and recommendations. A real estate transaction can be quite stressful, Jessica helped me keep things in perspective and my anxiety throughout remained low. I would recommend Jessica and certainly retain her for future real estate considerations.
