<p>I very much enjoyed working Jesse. He made buying our first home a pleasure. He was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have already recommended him several times to family and friends.</p>

<p>I have worked with Jesse and his team on a few occasions over the last number of years. Jesse has helped me purchase two condo's and his team also helped me find a tenant. Jesse is very easy to work with, smart, and has an approach that is very different than the stereotypical realtor. Jesse acts as an advisor and advocate, not a salesman. I would highly recommend working with Jesse as he provides a professional, unbiased, and fact based approach to his business.</p>

Not only does he have a deep knowledge of the industry, he’s also an amazing resource when it comes to real estate investing north and south of the border. One of his qualities that resonates with us is his ability to listen to our requirements, and offer timely advice throughout the entire process, all by giving us the space we needed to digest. Jesse has represented us on a few deals over the years and has each time delivered. He has a great strategic mind that will surely come handy when it’s time to close the deal.</p>

<p>Jesse was instrumental in creating a real estate investment opportunity for me in Toronto while I was living in New York. We communicated remotely and had many timing, location and logistical issues to overcome, but he was professional, patient and reliable in our exchanges. Jesse single-handedly took care of all the legal, regulatory, and "on the ground" issues that we faced. He was not afraid to get his hands dirty. I had little to no involvement, being a very passive investor, yet he operated with all the care and professionalism that I could ask for. We currently have a profitable investment, with few minor setbacks, which Jesse currently manages and I could not ask for a better business partner. I highly recommend Jesse to do business with on your future engagements. I plan on continuing to do so as well.</p>

Jesse was great to work with. He helped me navigate a new market and find what I was looking for. He negotiated and got me a better deal that I imagined I would get and was supportive, friendly and prompt through the entire process. This was my first time working with a real estate agent on my own and I was grateful to have Jesse guide me in a situation that I was completely new to.
