As foreign sellers, we weren’t familiar with the process or the withholding tax requirements, but Jersey was incredibly patient in guiding us every step of the way. He clearly explained the market, the selling process, and connected us with a knowledgeable accountant who helped us obtain the clearance certificate early. Jersey’s creativity and negotiation skills really stood out. He structured the deal with a slightly later completion date while securing part of the deposit upfront for us, which helped maximize our position as sellers.
