I have now used Jenn to sell two houses and purchase one. Phenomenal person. Knows the market and how to sell a property. She is my go-to and the only one I recommend now! On a personal side, she has always touched base on my birthdays and anniversaries of owning my home. She treats her people like gold!

We worked with Jen and her team when our dream house popped up on the market. It wasn’t the ideal timing (over Christmas holidays), and we had not planned to put our house on the market until the spring. With Jen’s guidance, we were able to get our house ready quickly, secure the home of our dreams, and sell our home. She got us list price in a matter of 3 days on the market… at the end of December!! We are forever grateful for the wisdom she imparted upon us. We’ve had friends lose their dream homes in similar situations, but her approach is incredibly effective, her marketing is outstanding not to mention effective, and her and her team truly know what they are doing. We highly recommend and will use her again… although not for quite some time. We plan for this to be our forever home!

Jen was so great to work with! Our house was not an easy sale (chronically stagnant MB area) but she was on top of it. We had to leave it to her as we moved out of province but her and her team did a great job helping us sell our house.
