Jennifer already had an excellent reputation in the area and had previously sold my fathers house. In our case she went far and beyond expectations. Certain considerations cropped up during the sale delaying the process. Jennifer worked diligently and continuously on our behalf when others may have not. Her friendly personality and hard work are to commended and congratulated. Thank you Ms Queen for the hard work, positive attitude and sticking to it. You are the best.

I felt like she really understood my situation and everything was SO seamless from beginning to end. She provided up-to-date market analysis, help with preparation to sell, brought in a professional photographer, and I ended up with a quick sale! Jennifer was knowledgeable yet approachable, and I felt really confident about the whole process... it literally took the stress right out. Thank you for an amazing experience.

We selected Jennifer to assist in the sale of our condo since she is listed as one of Winnipeg's top realtors and has so many glowing reviews, even though we knew it may be a struggle through COVID. We were more than happy with our selection! Jennifer was extremely organized and provided excellent communication along the way! With Jennifer's experience in the market, she had our condo sold within one day for more than we had anticipated. The only unfortunate part was to not get to meet her face to face, since everything was done so effortlessly through phone calls, texts, and emails. We are definitely recommending Jennifer to our friends and family!
