We really came full circle - we had bought our property with Jennifer around 6yrs ago and were so happy with her that we decided to enlist her assistance for the sale. We recently sold our house - the entire process was flawless, from the preparation, the staging, the listing, the showings, to the sale. Jen expertly guided us through a very stressful time with nothing but professionalism and great advice. She accurately projected the market and everything unfolded how she predicted. And as a bonus, we even got over our asking price! As two busy working professionals, I cannot recommend Jen enough. Professional, courteous, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgable of the Winnipeg market - again, we cannot recommend her enough.

Prior to deciding on an agent, we reviewed a fair number of them online and decided on three for a face to face. After deciding on her, Jennifer went straight to work and had our place organized and ready within 3 days (staging, pictures, and listing on MLS) of signing the contract. As we were out of town during all this, Jennifer kept us in the loop at each step of the process. Through her, we were kept informed each time someone wanted to see the house and provided reviews on what their view of our place was. The house sold in less than 2 weeks and Jennifer guided us through the process on how to close the deal and find a lawyer. Not only that, but she went above and beyond the call of duty with information and assistance. This was very unexpected, but much appreciated and helped us tremendously.
