Working with Jen was an amazing experience. As first time homebuyers, my Fiancé 🤍 and I were unsure of what steps to take and needed guidance in buying our first home. Jen was able to not only answer all our questions and concerns around the clock, she got us our dream townhome in an amazing location! Jen went above and beyond in every way and not only negotiated a great deal for us but was also able to get it fully furnished. Jen was referred to me by a friend of mine about 5 years ago when I purchased my first condo. She was awesome, she helped me walk through all the "baby" steps of purchasing my first home. Jen made sure we bought the condo under listing, even though this was the crazy covid times with the inflated prices! Now, 5 years later I didn't hesitate to call her when I needed a realtor to rent my condo. This was a great decision, as just a couple of weeks in, I was able to rent it out for a great price!! Again, she made it extremely easy, did a great screening of potential renters and we went with a great option!

Been working with Jen for close to 6 years. Absolute champion. From my first rental in 2020 to my most recent rental now, I have called on Jen's services five times, and each time she'd find a spot within days of the first showing. Deals with the most stringent of landlords and reps without issue, clears up everything you might have doubts about, and I have seen her pull critical building and unit info out of current tenants mid showing clearing up things otherwise left unsaid and out of forms. 5 stars. I'll be calling on her again!
