As sisters, we were desperately apartment searching for the entire summer of 2022 due to our parents upcoming move to Saskatchewan. We kept getting turned down, place after place...and finally our parents suggested we reach out to Dave and Jen for other options. You see, Dave and Jen assisted in our family move from Guelph, ON to Lethbridge, AB five years ago, and our parents at the time said that after all the corporate relocations they/we had done (this was number FIVE) that the Brodoway's were hands down the best realtors they had ever worked with. So it only made sense we sisters choose to do the same. Dave immediately jumped on board to support us and even though we were on the younger side to be looking at home ownership he took us seriously and quickly helped us find our dream home. Dave was also great in working with and including our two other roommates who were looking as well, at the same time, and experiencing the same roadblocks we were. Finally, when it came time to act....with the market at that time....acting fast was critical; we were coached, guided and Dave and Jen helped us secure the purchase quickly and efficiently. And we didn't feel pressured through the process, at any point. Quite the opposite as when it came down to all the details with closing, Dave walked us through every single step, explaining things as we went along and making sure we were comfortable with what was happening and all while treating us as adults and taking us seriously. In fact, this is the THIRD transaction our family has done with Dave and Jen and not one of us would hesitate to work with them again...we trust the Brodoway's input and transparency to the point that when our parents were buying in Saskatoon, they actually called Dave and Jen for advice on their home purchase in a completely different province!!!! This is what a relationship with your realtors should look like and we feel so fortunate to have them as our agents, especially as first time home buyers, as they really do excel at their profession. Her expertise and valuable advise was very critical and important for the sale of my unconventional home . I received very professional real estate services that was stress free and comfortable . Jennifer (Spanbauer) Brodoway is a rare coincidence of a professional and awesome individual. What I think sets Jennifer apart is her caring approach. She stayed in regular close contact with me, showed concern, and coached me throughout. In other words, she is very professional, polite, and informative.
