It is hard to find words to express how exceptional JC was to deal with. He is the epitome of going the extra mile for his clients. No one will find a better realtor than him. We were beyond impressed with the way he handled everything about our transaction and he was very accommodating to make everything for us as seamless and stressless as possible. JC is incredible, I cannot recommend him highly enough. I recently had to sell, from afar, my home that I had been renting out. JC was recommended to me as someone trustworthy. He helped every step of the way, going far above and beyond. In addition to the typical functions of a seller's realtor, JC facilitated the tenants in finding new accommodations, found and managed contractors for renovations, handled the procurement and compliance of the RPR, dealt with a vent installation requested by the buyers, and more. If I were able to give him a higher rating than 5/5 I would do so in a heartbeat!
