Jason Ruttan is quite possibly the best choice a person can make in selling, or buying in Wasaga Beach, or the surrounding area. He provided clear guidance on how to prep my house for the sale, provided an outstanding marketing plan that showed potential buyers exactly what they were getting, and was professional and readily available whenever I had questions or concerns.

We found Jason extremely helpful. He took us step by step through the entire process. He kept us informed about market conditions that affected our sale. He stayed positive when our property failed to sell after several months. Ultimately we didn't exactly what we wanted for the property, but we believe it was a fair price given the market conditions. This is the second time that we used Jason for our real estate needs and we highly recommend him.
