<p>Jason was recommended to us by friends who had been very pleased with his work.<br /> Jason was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, prompt, offered good advice and suggestions, was very low pressure in his approach, worked well with our schedules and was flexible about meetings. He offered to meet with us in the convenience of our present home.<br /> After an initial meeting to talk about our housing hopes and preferences he set up a search website that notified us of possible properties. This was very helpful in allowing us to get a clearer sense of the state of the market we were going to be entering.<br /> From the beginning of our interaction with Jason, he coached us through every step in the process of searching for, making an offer on and negotiating the deal on our new property.<br /> After the deal was negotiated and upon our request, Jason also recommended tradespeople to carry out a home inspection as well as a flooring contractor to change out some of the flooring.<br /> We would like to recommend Jason without reservation to anyone who is looking at buying a new home. We have no suggestions to offer as to how his services could be improved.</p>

<p>Jason was patient, a good listener, and had excellent knowledge regarding the sale of my property. The listing write up and photos of my property were excellent. It was evident by the number of viewings and the offers. When things seemed to be going slow Jason was positive and reassuring that this is what might happen during the sale of my home. Jason's knowledge of the buying and selling real estate market in my area and in other parts of Alberta are excellent. I have no negative comments to say about Jason. He is awesome at what he does and who he is.</p>
