Jason was recommended by several individuals who have worked with him. We were first time home sellers. Jason walked us through the process; answered all our questions and listened to our concerns and suggestions. He was very attentive to showing our us in the best possible way and we have an offered within a week. I would recommend Jason to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

Being posted from Alberta to Halifax with military in a shorter than normal time-frame and needing a 4 bedroom house for a certain, Jason took the time and showed us several houses over FaceTime and pointed out so many things that we wouldn’t have noticed. When it came to the house we wanted, he worked endlessly to make sure we got it for a price we were happy with. Not only that, he has have contact in the book you don’t have to go looking for anyone, he has them. Would recommend to anyone, especially military, he knows more about the BGRS process then BGRS does!

Jason was not only professional, but he became part of the family. He cared and felt for our needs and wants as a family. Obviously selling a home is stressful on the seller, but Jason refused to let us feel any stress. I’ve recommended Jason to every one in my family. He has sold and bought homes for 4 friends, my sister, two uncles and more. Once you work with Jason, he becomes part of the family.
