Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about the Winnipeg market. His advice was always practical and realistic and in our best interests and thus we found him to be very ethical. It was like home shopping with a good friend who also happened to be a real estate agent. He made a stressful process enjoyable and was easily accessible if we had questions or wanted to get into a property for a showing. We got a house that met all our needs/wants without going over our budget! We will also be listing our house with Jamie in the upcoming weeks.
