Where to begin with our experience with James Bailes! Honestly, he’ll never disappoint. Not only is he good at finding you the best home, but he’s a realist. Even when you think you might like/want to see a specific home, he tells you exactly why or why not it would be best for you. He takes the time to understand his clients and get to know them in order to find the best suited home that meets all your needs. This is my second experience with James and I thought the first time, he did wonders.. but he continues to go above and beyond.
