First of all, he is an honest agent and tells you everything the way it is and that's because he is very knowledgeable about the market. He sets realistic expectations and not inflated ones. He is excellent in dealing with people and works hard to get your property sold and has a lot of patience to answer all your questions. I found him to be very responsive whenever I reached out, he was always available. He also showed us numerous properties without getting flustered and helped us negotiate with the sellers effectively.
