Jack is the honest and caring. He makes sure your needs are fulfilled with some much more. He was very patient with me which can be hard at times, but I always knew Jack had my best interest at heart. I have been a client of Jack’s before and he has become a dear friend.

Jack was simply fantastic. We move quite frequently for our work and have used several realtors over the years from various companies. I can say with complete confidence that Jack was by far the best realtor we have had to date. He is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the Grande Prairie area made our search a breeze. When it came to the house we ended up purchasing he was straight forward and realistic with negotiations which made life very easy eliminating a lot of back and forth. I wanted a realtor who has roots in Grande Prairie, knows the area and people well, and has a solid reputation which is what I received. I sold my home and bought a new home with Jack and the process couldn’t have been smoother. For the purchase, he was able to get us very close to the price we wanted within an hour of signing the original offer, and he set up the home inspection with a reputable inspector that fit our busy schedules. For the sale, we had multiple offers and accepted an asking price offer 4 days after the listing was posted. I should add, two of my neighbors had listed their homes with other agents over two weeks before me and they’re still for sale after my sold sign went up.
