Seemed a little green when we first met, but she exceeded our expectations in getting us a lot to build our home the first day that lots were released. In the crazy market, we were actually expecting to not get a lot due to the high demand and would have to continue looking through the resale market. It felt like a new normal to expect to be disappointed, but Ivy did her magic and we didn't have to go back to the cycle of bidding wars.

After I came to Calgary, Ivy gave me a lot of good advice on buying a house. Her recommendations was very helpful. Every time she showed me a house, she could objectively evaluate it. Accurately pointed out the shortcomings of each properties, and the route arrangement of house inspection is also very reasonable, saving my time. After every viewings, she can give timely feedback on the customer's requirements. She always gives priority to her customer, even during non-working hours, she will actively cooperate with her customer. (The house I bought was decided on a very late winter night). Finding another specialist will help, but you know it is Canada. Abnormality is normal. Not every one is perfect, some even bad to be disgustful. Working attitude is the essential characteristic to be a s specialist. Without doubt, that kind of specialist will be complained later. But, at that moment, you need the exact one who is willing to spare his/her time and effort to solve or ease-out piece by piece and person by person before you get the key to your dream home. </p> Ivy might not have as many years of experience as other AB agents claiming in the flyers. But, who really cares the working experiences of the all-round agents when you asked them for help but turned down or shoulder-off? Money (commission) in the pocket is the mere goal. No-money-no-talk by some other broker/agent is the immediate heart-broken fact you have to face.
