We feel really lucky that we got to work with Ivar. We first met him back in 2022 during a random house showing, and he immediately stood out. He doesn’t just walk you through a house — he actually looks into it. We still remember him bending over in the basement inspecting beams and pointing out things we would have never noticed. He really knows what to look for. What we appreciated most is that he’s not trying to sell you just anything. He genuinely wants you to find the right home. He was always honest with us, sometimes even telling us not to rush or not to get into bidding wars when it didn’t make sense. We were searching on and off for about two years, and he never pressured us. No pushing, no awkward follow-ups — just patience and support when we needed it. He’s also very thorough with all the paperwork and details, which made the whole process feel much more secure. Overall, we feel very fortunate we met him and would absolutely recommend him.
