Hello All , My name is Nipun and I live in Oliver, BC . Me and my young family decided after staying here on rent for more than two years to buy our own dream place to call home . I must say , the care , the kindness and the wisdom Heena has shown throughout this ordeal was way more than what we expected. She has been taking all the time and patience to help us reach the decision to buy our own home until we were completely satisfied. I must add here that even at the negotiating stage the deal was very much satisfactory to both parties and the professionalism with which all the paperwork was handled helped us get the possession in time .
