Heather was just the best. Selling our house was a pleasant process. We also bought our new house with her and on move in day, the old owners did not clean the house for our disappointment. She apologized many times, even if she had no control over their actions. That's when Heather, literally went above and beyond, she rolled up her sleeves , brought her 2 beautiful daughters and helped us scrub our new house clean. How can you not love her. She truly cares.
