I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this wonderful gentleman-Harp Here's my experience.. I have wanted to rent a condominium at a certain location for more than two years and have contacted many. It was like "sure we could "and were just alternating locations or poor responses or no response at all. But Harp.. He made the change. It was not only taken care as a business but beyond because he made sure we are satisfied with everything even after we moved.. I would say he is the best I have come across when it comes to the business...and wish him ll the best.

I’ve used Harpreet in the past and had a great experience, so I worked with him again when my family needed a bigger place closer to work. Harpreet is an excellent real estate agent to work with - he helped me and my husband purchase an older semi-detached home near Kensington Market. He added the right clauses to the agreement to ensure I was fully protected and made sure a thorough inspection was completed in the older home - which detected a few issues that we were able to use to re-negotiate the price!

Great experience working with Harpreet on the assignment sale of my condo. Harpreet was recommended to me by a friend. He helped me secure a brand new condo and went the extra mile by negotiating additional incentives and bonuses from the builder. His knowledge of the new condo industry is excellent, and he took the time to clearly explain the most important things I needed to know when buying a new build — including how HST works, as well as builder closing costs like development fees, meter hook-ups, and reserve fund top-ups and how much I should be budgeting for these upon closing.
