It was a great experience, she was very helpful in our process of opening a store. She was available to call even late in the afternoon and abrupt notice. She kept us up to date with what's going on and so on.

I was buying my first house, and obviously scared. Hacey met me with kindness, a bubbly personality and made my whole experience feel personal and human. She shared her opinions on the different locations/ buildings on what she thought would best suit me. When she gave me my keys, she got me a Christmas basket, and was genuinely happy for me.
