Gurpreet was a thorough professional in assessing the value of my house, and realistic with his expectations in the market place. We have set a price which had taken into account the added upgraded finishes in my home, and the continuous improvements I have put into the house over the years I have lived in it.

We were first time home buyers here in Edmonton and Gurpreet just made it so much more easier for us. He has extensive knowledge of the market and the neighborhood and that added with his negotiation skills was a win-win for us. Absolute wonderful experience from the day we had our initial meet and greet to the time we closed in on our house. He was always available over a text or a call even at odd hours of the day/night and more so we being first time buyers, we had a ton of doubts and questions. We highly recommend Gurpreet.

Gurpreet was the assigned agent from the Hopewell realtor partner program. Hopewell, the builder paid for Gurpreet's listing commission. I understand that Hopewell only pay for minimum flat rate commission, I shouldn't have high expectation. However Gurpreet's failure on communication was not acceptable. There was a showing that he didn't notify us and the buyer shown up in front of our house while we are having dinner. And he didn't make the appointment for the buyer to do the home inspection. I didn't know the inspection was done until I called and asked him. He has no professionalism on what he was doing.

When searching for a reliable realtor, my wife and I came across Gurpreet's google reviews, and decided to take a chance on him. Once we met him, right off the bat, he seemed truly knowledgeable, well experienced, genuine, and showcased that he has negotiation skills. After our discussion, we felt confident to go forward with him. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, strategic mindset and strong work ethic are well appreciated. We never felt that he was just trying to sell us a house, but that he was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who wants to deal in real estate in Edmonton. Keep up the great work.
