Graham acted on our behalf as a buyers agent for a commercial building with land. His due dilligence saved us from a large expense with regards to soil contamination. The seller agreed to remediate and it cost them $500k. He helped us dodge a bullet there. Graham was kind, patient and very understanding. He worked with us locally and our international partners on securing a space for our shop. He was easy going and guided us thru the complicated purchase of our industrial space.
