Our experience with the GoWylde team was exceptionally positive. GoWylde helped us price, stage, list, and sell our home in less than one week. At our initial meeting, our listing agents came so much more prepared than the previous agency we'd interviewed, coming equipped with reports on relevant local data (recent and historical), market trend information, and a strategy for pricing and listing that exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with Brad Wylde's understanding of the local market trends, and Mary Wylde's experience certainly helped us strategize the best approach to listing. The staging service was excellent and (1) made our home look stunning and (2) made the listing photographs really stand out against comparable homes. The staging team was professional and friendly. Notably, COVID-19 restrictions/regulations were adhered to by everyone every step of the way. When it came time to house hunt ourselves, we worked closely with Phil DeGrave. We were very impressed with his flexibility, quick response time, and willingness to go anywhere, to see anything, any time! Phil's understanding of construction and home building helped us understand what we were looking at in some of the homes we had questions about, and he was very knowledgable about different strategies for making our offers stand out. I cannot recommend this team enough :)
