Govind excelled under pressure once again, in what was a very difficult market for us to buy in. We were able to get the house we wanted for a great price.

<p>I had the best experience doing business with Govind Saran he was very professional helpful and keep me informed about what's going on he negotiate with the seller on my behalf so the we could get our dream home I don't have enough words to describe my experience but I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy their home he's the perfect person to help you find you home. He's the best you will never regret doing business with him. The process was fast and smooth it only took us five weeks from we started looking to closing.</p>

In these uncertain Covid19 times Govind was not only very communicative but also seemed to have has finger on what the market was doing. We started our search in Mid March and found that a lot of houses were not exactly what we wanted. With his sage advice we finally found something that we loved. The problem was so did so many others! With his great negotiation skills we were able to go in firm and get the deal we wanted on the home we wanted. We were so excited and think that Govind was one of the main reasons we were able to get the house we wanted! I would recommend Govind to anyone looking to buy or sell a home because he tell's it how it is and doesn't sugar coat anything like others working in sales.

This was the second purchase thru Govind just like the first purchase it was a very smooth process. Govind took the time to really understand what I was looking for, we ended up with a great property that suits my needs for the time being. I will defiantly be calling you on the next one!
