<p>Govind was extremely professional while still having a very personal touch through out our entire selling process. As an out of town investor, I was looking for someone that was very knowledgeable with the local Kelowna market. Govind answered every question I had (and as an educated investor, I ask a lot of questions). He went above and beyond and made the entire process painless. He sold our property in Magic Estates in just over a month. Govind made very sensible suggestions and gave sound advise. Would highly recommend Govind's services.</p>
